Carsync Shipping Policy

At Carsync, we take pride in ensuring every order is shipped quickly, securely, and with full tracking. Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers overseas, shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and local customs clearance.
1. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted international logistics providers and over 30+ regional carriers to ensure safe and efficient global delivery.
All orders include door-to-door tracking so you can follow your shipment’s progress at every step.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
In some cases, optional express shipping upgrades may be available at checkout depending on your location.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Orders placed during holidays or peak demand periods may experience an additional 1–2 business days of processing time.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

North America:
United States, Canada, Mexico — 5–9 business days
Europe:
United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe — 6–10 business days
Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand — 6–10 business days
Asia:
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines — 6–10 business days
South America & Africa:
Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco — 8–14 business days
⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates based on average transit durations. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your local customs procedures, courier efficiency, or weather and logistical factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Tracking updates typically appear within 48–72 hours after dispatch.
If tracking seems delayed or inactive, it usually updates once the parcel reaches your destination country’s local courier system.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Carsync covers all standard export duties from our warehouse. However, import duties or taxes (if applicable) in your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay import fees resulting in a return to sender will be treated as a refused delivery (see section 9).
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
We take shipping protection seriously. To ensure every order arrives safely, Carsync offers an optional Shipping Protection Plan at checkout. This plan safeguards your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
🛡️ If You Purchased Shipping Protection
- Your order is fully covered.
- In the event your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery or expected delivery date.
- Please include your order number, photos of the packaging/product (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll immediately issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
🚫 If You Did Not Purchase Shipping Protection
- Carsync is not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen after dispatch.
- Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
- We will, however, assist in filing an investigation with the courier and provide tracking support, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for unprotected orders.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Once a parcel is handed to the shipping carrier, Carsync has no control over transit delays caused by customs clearance, courier routing, or local delivery volume.
We monitor shipments closely and will assist in locating delayed parcels, but delays do not qualify for refunds while the package is still in transit.
9. Failure to Receive or Accept Delivery
If the customer fails to accept, pick up, or provide the correct delivery address:
- The parcel will be returned to the sender after multiple failed delivery attempts.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned parcel is received at our warehouse, minus any applicable return shipping or handling fees.
- Packages refused at delivery or abandoned at customs are not eligible for free reshipment.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details (name, address, postal code, phone number) are correct at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or reroute the address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, Carsync is not liable for replacement or refund.
11. Countries We Ship To
We ship to most countries worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to:
- Jersey
- Isle of Man
- Iceland
- Moldova
- Remote territories with limited courier access
